CONTINUATION REQUIREMENTS To continue in the program, all students must maintain a GPA of 3.00 or better in all engineering courses taken at Old Dominion University.
Upon having declared a major, advising responsibilities for the student will rest with the undergraduate program director and the graduate program director of the individual graduate degree program.
Once a BS-MS or BS-ME student starts to take graduate courses, the student will be advised by the graduate program director.
BS-MS students will, in addition be advised by a faculty member who will serve as the thesis advisor. It is anticipated that this group of students will already have started to interact with their theses advisors by the fourth year.
